“My good daughter! The Pain that most transfixed Me on the Cross was My ardent Thirst.  I felt I was burning alive since all the vital humors had gone out through My Wounds, which were burning and wanted to quench, like many mouths, Their terrible Thirst.  I just couldn't contain Myself anymore, so I shouted: ‘I Thirst!'  This, ‘I Thirst,’ remained and is always in the act of saying: ‘I Thirst!'  I never stop saying it.  With My open Wounds, with My burnt Lips, I am always repeating: ‘I am burning—I Thirst! Please, Give Me a little drop of your love to soothe My ardent Thirst.'

 “In everything the creature does I keep repeating with My Mouth, opened and burned: ‘Let Me drink. I'm burning of Thirst.'  My dislocated and Wounded Humanity had only one cry: ‘I Thirst!'   Therefore, as the creature walks, I shout to her steps with My dry mouth, ‘Give Me your steps—done for love of Me, to quench My Thirst.'  If she works, I ask for her works—made only for love of Me, to cool My burning Thirst; if she speaks, I ask for her words; if she thinks, I ask for her thoughts—as many little drops to refresh My ardent Thirst.  It wasn't just My mouth that was burning, but all My Most Holy Humanity felt the urgent need of a refreshing bath for the ardent Fire of Love that burned within Me; and since it was for the creatures that I was burning in Excruciating Pains, only creatures, with their love, could quench My ardent Thirst and give to My Humanity a refreshing bath.  Now, I left this cry: ‘I Thirst!' inside My Will and I made the commitment to make the creatures hear it over and over again—to move them to compassion for My burning Thirst; to give them My Bath of Love and receive theirs—though being just little drops—to quench My devouring Thirst.  But who is listening to Me?  Who has compassion for Me?  Only the one who Lives in My Will.  All the others play deaf and even increase My Thirst with their ingratitude—making Me restless and with no hope of refreshment.

  “And not only My ‘I Thirst,’ but all that I did and said in My Will, is always in the act of saying to My Sorrowful Mother: ‘Mother, here are Your children.'  I place Her at their side as help and Guide, to be loved by her children; every instant She feels Her own Son close to all the children.  O! how much She Loves them giving them Her Maternity, to make Myself Loved as She Loves Me.  Not only this, but by offering Her Maternity She offers Perfection also among creatures, so that they Love each other with Maternal Love, which is a constant, sacrificing, unselfish Love.  But who receives all this Good?  Only the one who Lives in Our Fiat feels the Maternity of the Queen.  She feeds Her children with Her Maternal Heart, to let them suck and receive the Maternity of Her Love, Her Sweetness, and all the riches of Her Maternal Heart.  Book of Heaven, Vol. 36, April 20, 1938

They are both agonies, but one is different from the other: the agony in the Garden, full of sadness, of fears, of anxieties, of frights; the agony on the Cross, full of peace, of imperturbable calm. And if I cried out ‘I thirst!’, it was the insatiable thirst that all might breathe their last in my last breath; and in seeing that many would go out of my last breath, out of grief I cried out ‘Sitio!’ [‘I thirst!’], and this ‘sitio’ still continues to cry out to all and to each one like a bell at the door of each heart: ‘I thirst for you, oh soul!   “My daughter, poor daughter, courage, the privation of Me excites the desire more, and in this excited desire the soul breathes God; and God, feeling more ignited by this excitement of the soul, breathes the soul.  In this breathing each other - God and the soul - thirst for love ignites more, and since love is fire, it forms the purgatory of the soul, and this purgatory serves her, not as just one Communion a day, as the Church allows, but as a continuous communion, just as the breathing is continuous.  But these are all communions of most pure love – only of spirit, not of body; and since the spirit is more perfect, as a consequence, love is more intense.  This is how I repay, not one who does not want to receive Me, but one who cannot receive Me, depriving himself of Me to content Me.”   Book of Heaven, Vol. 5, Dec. 5, 1903

From my notes, Aug. or Sept. 2019

While praying the 33 day Consecration (33 Days to Morning Glory, Day 21), after reading something that was quoted by Mother Teresa and the Offertory verse (Psalm 68:21) for the Feast of the Sacred Heart, I seemed to understand what my mission was!  Several years ago, I was told by Jesus during Adoration that I had a mission to accomplish (as we all do). Remembering an experience I had just after coming into the Catholic Church; I had stopped in the Adoration chapel just before Mass (St. Paul of the Cross, No. Palm Bch. FL) and as soon as I walked in the chapel door, my heart burst out with the words, “I live to console You!”  This was not even in my thoughts, but the words just welled up in my heart and it was impossible to hold them in – there was no holding them back.  All these years I have not understood what this “mission” could be until I read the words of Mother Teresa, “Be the one.”  Be the one to console Jesus by satiating his burning thirst for love.  She writes, “Tell Jesus, I will be the one.  I will comfort, encourage and love Him...Try to be the one to share with Him, to comfort Him, to console Him.  So, let us ask Our Lady to help us understand.”  And the Psalm that day was, “My heart had expected reproach and misery.  And I looked for one that would grieve together with me, and there was none: and I sought one that would console me, and I found none”. 

It goes on to say, “But what exactly does this mean?  What does it mean to satiate the thirst of Jesus?  Two things: to console Jesus the Head of his Mystical Body and to console him in the members of his body.”  The prayer for that day was, “Come, Holy Spirit, living in Mary, Help me to ‘be the one’ to console Jesus with Mary.

Now, as I sit here in Adoration, I feel this is where I can console Jesus – in His Temple (the Church) and I, like Mary and Joseph go in search for Him and can always find him here – in his Temple.  I feel like Mary Magdalene crying tears at his feet and Veronica wiping his Sacred Face. This is consoling the His Divine Heart.  When I offer my acts united with his, offered through the Heart of Mary, I console Him.  When I bring everyone, all of humanity, to the Mass and Adoration with me, I console him.  When I pray the Hours of the Passion and read his words in the Book of Heaven, offering every word back to Him for the salvation of souls, I console Him.  When I visit the sick and the dying, then do I console him. When Jesus says, “I thirst’, I console Him, Head of His Mystical Body, and I console Him in the members of His Body.

I ask Our Lady to give me Her Heart to console the Heart of Her Son and tell her, “I will be the one!”

‘Before’ and ‘after’ do not exist in Our Will, but everything is first act. Therefore, one who lives in Our Will, even if she came as last, comes always before everything. So, it is not the era in which souls come out to the light of time that will be considered, but whether the Life of my Will has been in them as center of life, reigning and dominating in all of their acts, just as It reigns and dominates in the womb of the Divinity. These will be the first; their acts done in Our Will will rise above all the acts of the other creatures, and all will remain behind; therefore these souls will be Our crown.

LUISA THE TRUMPET

The Seventh Trumpet   ^"Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.”  Rev. 11:15

“Now, after having made known the goods of Redemption, and how I want everyone to be saved, giving them all the means that are needed, I move on to make known that there is another generation in Me, which I must deliver: my children who will live in the Divine Will; and that in my own Heart I keep all the graces prepared - all my interior acts done in the sphere of the Eternal Will for them, waiting for the kiss of their acts, for their union, so as to give to them the inheritance of the Supreme Will. Just as I received It, I want to give It to them, so that I may issue from Myself the second generation of the children of light. If my Humanity were not to give this inheritance which It possessed - that is, the Divine Will, the sole and only thing I loved and which gave Me every good - my descent upon earth would have been incomplete, nor could I say that I have given everything; on the contrary, I would have reserved for Myself the greatest thing, the most noble and divine part. See now, how necessary it is that my Will be known in all relations - in the prodigies, in the effects, in the value - what I did in this Will for the creatures, and what they must do. And this will be a powerful magnet in order to draw creatures, to make them receive the inheritance of my Will, and make the generation of the children of light come out into the field. Be attentive, my daughter; you will be my spokesperson - the trumpet, to call them and to gather this generation, so beloved and longed for by Me.”  Book of Heaven, October 27, 1922

 It happens to my Will as to an actor who must present his show to the audience. Poor one! How many hidden works, how many vigils, how many preparations; how much art does he not prepare even in his movements so that his postures may make the audience, now smile, now cry! In all this crafting, the actor does not make feast; on the contrary, he sweats, toils and labors. And when everything seems to be prepared, he prepares himself to call the public to see his show; and the more people he sees, the more he feels joy arise in his heart, for, who knows, he might be able to make a beautiful feast. But the true fulfillment of his feast is when, the show having been performed, full-handed, he feels coins of gold and silver flow in his hands, as appreciation and triumph of his show. But if after so many preparations, he sets everything up, he plays and plays toy trumpets, but nobody shows up, or just a few people who leave him alone at the first acts of the show – poor one, how he suffers, and the hope of his feast turns into mourning. Who is it that so much embittered that poor actor, so capable and kind in performing his scenes? Ah! the ungrateful people, who did not even want to be spectators of the scenes of that poor actor.  Book of Heaven, January 10, 1926

 My Gospel can be called vowels, consonants which, acting as trumpeters, called the attention of the peoples to await some more important lessons which were to bring them a good greater than Redemption Itself. My very pains, my death and my Resurrection, confirmation of Redemption, are preparation for the Kingdom of my Divine Will. They were lessons more sublime, and made everyone stand at attention, awaiting yet higher lessons. And this I have already done, after so many centuries – which are the many manifestations I have made to you about my Divine Will, and that which I have made known to you more: how It wants to come to reign in the midst of creatures, to give back to them the right of Its Kingdom which they had lost, to lavish upon them all the goods and all the happinesses It possesses. “My daughter, the principal means in order to make my Divine Fiat reign upon earth are the knowledges about It. The knowledges will form the ways, will dispose the earth to become Its Kingdom; they will form the cities, will act as telegraphs, as telephone, as postal service, as trumpeters, in order to communicate, city to city, creature to creature, nation to nation, the news, the important knowledges about my Divine Will. Confession

 

On Confession from Pope Benedict XVI:

In a novel speech, he connected the New Evangelization and confession, saying that the effort to spread the Gospel draws life from “the sanctity of the sons and daughters of the Church, from the daily process of individual and community conversion, conforming itself ever more profoundly to Christ.”

“Thus each confession, from which each Christian will emerge renewed, will represent a step forward for New Evangelization.”

Priests are also able to become collaborators in the New Evangelization by hearing confessions, the Pope said. They have as many possible “new beginnings” as sinners they encounter, he noted, because those who truly experience the mercy of Christ in confession will become “credible witnesses of sanctity.”

Pope Benedict also reflected on what happens spiritually during the sacrament of confession. The repentant sinner is “justified, forgiven and sanctified,” thanks to the divine mercy, which is the “only adequate response” to humankind’s need for the infinite, he said.

The forgiveness of sins has a direct impact on efforts to spread the Gospel, he explained, pointing out that  only those “who allow themselves to be profoundly renewed by divine grace can internalize and therefore announce the novelty of the Gospel.”

On Confession by Pope Francis:

“Some say, ‘I confess only to God.’ Yes, you can say, ‘God forgive me,’ but our sins are also against our brothers and sisters, against the church,” he said at a general audience in February 2014. “This is why it is necessary to ask forgiveness from our brothers and sisters and from the church in the person of the priest.”

Embarrassment or shame is another reason people stay away from the confessional, which the pope sees as a normal feeling, but one that should be overcome. “Sometimes when you’re in line for confession, you feel all sorts of things, especially shame, but when your confession is over, you’ll leave free, great, beautiful, forgiven, clean, happy — this is what’s beautiful about confession,” he said.

“It would be illusory to desire to reach holiness — according to the vocation that each one has received from God — without partaking frequently of this sacrament of conversion and sanctification.”

Luisa:  Afterwards, I was receiving absolution, and I said to myself: 'My Jesus, I want to receive it in your Will.' And immediately, without giving Me time, Jesus added: “And I absolve you in my Will; and as I absolve you, my Will puts the words of absolution on the way, to absolve whomever wants to be absolved, and to forgive whomever wants forgiveness. My Will takes all, not one alone; but those who are disposed will take more than anyone.”

Sept. 27, 2016 -  Today before Mass, I don’t understand why, but I had a thought of something that was told to me several years ago about “fire” and went to my notes to look for it.  Within a couple of seconds I found what I had been thinking about (noted below from 1995).  Then at Mass this same morning, I understood that Our Lord was answering me through the Gospel and also letting me know He is listening to me (I had been thinking that He no longer listens to my prayers). The Gospel this morning was from Luke 9:51-56:  When the days drew near for him to be received up, he set his face to go to Jerusalem.  And he sent messengers ahead of him who went and entered a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him, but the people would not receive him, because his face was set toward Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw it, they said, “Lord, do you want us to bid fire come down from heaven and consume them.”  And they went on to another village.

Once again I am reminded that we must beg for God’s mercy!  LB

 

(Early 1995)  A few weeks ago while praying in the Adoration Chapel, my prayer was interrupted and I heard, "I will make of you a great nation." I continued to pray ignoring this as I felt this could not possibly be from Our Lord. Why would He say this to me and what could it have meant?

Then today (3/30/95 - 7AM) while reading a meditation on the reading for today before Mass (Exodus 32:7-14), "Then I will make of you a great nation", I remembered what I had heard a few weeks ago. I then heard, "Let your heart be consumed by the heat of the fire, then I will make of you a great nation. (Doubting) Believe in my words, my little one." During the reading at Mass, I understood how urgent it is that we plead for God's mercy for those that are lost. It became very clear to me that we are not to give up on them or to lose hope, no matter what may happen. Even though the people became "depraved" and worshipped idols, when the Lord said to Moses, "Let me alone that my wrath may blaze up against them to consume them”, Moses continued to implore God's mercy. God then relented in the punishment He had threatened. We must continue to make reparation and to implore God's mercy! As the people in Moses' time only had Moses to beg for God's mercy, so today there are very few begging Him - we must beg!   This became very, very clear to me during the Mass.

 

Isaiah 60:22 The least shall become a thousand, and a little one a most strong nation: I the Lord will suddenly do this thing in its time.

The Celestial Queen - Announcer, Messenger and Leader

 

Book of Heaven, Vol. 30, March 13, 1932

 The works done on one’s own are not enjoyable, but company renders them pleasant, it pushes one to work, it sweetens the Sacrifice and forms the Most Beautiful Works; and in seeing you call Our Celestial Mama as your Guide, your Prisoner Jesus exulted with Joy in having Her Sweet Company in Our Work.

“You must know that She was the True and Celestial Prisoner of My Divine Will, therefore She knows all the secrets, the ways, She possesses the Keys of Its Kingdom.  Even more, for each Act that the Queen Prisoner did, She prepared in Her Act the place to receive the acts of the creature done in the Divine Will; and—O! how the Celestial Sovereign stands in waiting, and at attention, to see whether the creature operates in My Fiat, so as to take these acts with Her Maternal Hands and enclose them in Her Acts, as pledges, as antidotes, that the Kingdom of the Divine Will is wanted upon earth.  So, this Kingdom was already formed by Me and by the Celestial Lady—It already exists, It only has to be given to creatures. 

“In order for It to be given, it is necessary to know It; and since She is the Holiest, the Greatest Creature, who knew no other kingdom but the Kingdom of My Divine Will alone, She occupies the first place in It; by Right, the Celestial Queen will be the Announcer, the Messenger, the Leader of a Kingdom so Holy.  Therefore pray Her—invoke Her, and She will act for you as Guide, as Teacher, and with Love, all Maternal, will receive all your acts and will enclose them in Her own; and will say to you: ‘The acts of My daughter are like the Acts of Her Mama; therefore they can stay with Mine, in order to double the Right for creatures to receive the Kingdom of the Divine Will.’  Since this, His Kingdom, God must give and the creature must receive, it takes the acts of both sides in order to obtain the intent. 

“So, She who holds more Ascendancy, more Power, more Empire over the Divine Heart is the Sovereign of Heaven; Her Acts will be at the Head, with the retinue of the other acts of creatures, changed into Divine by virtue of My Will, to give them the Right to receive this Kingdom.  And God, in seeing these Acts, will feel moved to give It for the sake of that Love that He had in Creation, as He Created everything so that His Will be done on earth as It is in Heaven, and each creature be a Kingdom of His Will, that would have Its Total Dominion.  Therefore, always forward in Operating and Living in the Supreme Fiat.”

 ADAM BEFORE THE FALL

Book of Heaven, April 24, 1915:  “How can those words spoken by Me in creating man, ‘Let Us make man in Our Image and Likeness’, be explained? How could the creature, so incapable, ever resemble Me and be my image? Only in my Will could he arrive at this, because by making It his own, he comes to operate in a divine manner; and through the repetition of these divine acts, he comes to resemble Me - to become my perfect image.”

Book of Heaven, Jan. 3, 1922:  …in creating man, We infused Our image and likeness in him so as to overwhelm him with Our happiness and be reflected and delighted in him.”

 “…the Divine Will and the human will, which the creature shattered even from the terrestrial Eden. And the soul who knows no other life but the Life of my Will, rebuilds It, binds It again, returning to It all the relations which the creature had broken - relations of creation, of origin of existence. These were bonds of union between Creator and creature - relations of likeness, sanctity, science, power. Everything I contain I placed in relationship with man - relations in the order of all created things, and to him I gave primacy over everything.” 

Book of Heaven, Sept. 10, 1928: “Now, you must know that, indeed, Adam possesses a glory in Heaven which is given to no one else, as holy as he may be, except for my Celestial Mama, because no one else possesses even one act in the unity of my Divine Will. It was just and decorous for Our Divine Majesty that the first creature that came out of Our creative hands possess more glory than all the others; more so, since the first period of his life was carried out as We wanted. One can say that it was Our life, Our Will and Our works that flew within him. How could We destroy this first period of the life of Adam, since it was more Ours than his? It is useless even to think about it; whatever is done in Our Divine Will remains untouchable – no one can touch it, because these acts enter the divine and infinite order. And even though Adam slipped and fell, his acts done up to that moment remained intact and beautiful, just as he did them. He was the one who remained wounded, ill, Our image disfigured in him, because Our Divine Will, which had taken on the commitment to keep him beautiful, fresh, strong, holy, completely in order with Us, just as We created him, was no longer in him, because Adam himself had rejected It. But his works done up to the moment in which he had the misfortune to fall, and which possessed the unity of Our Fiat, suffered no change, because We too were jealous of these acts which had glorified Us so much. They had put Us in feast, as We saw that man, Our son, elevated himself up to Us in order to absorb within him Our divine manners, Our likeness, and to bring Us joys, happiness’, the return and the smile of all created things in the unity of Our Will. We were enraptured in seeing Our dear son, the work of Our hands, live in Our Will as in Our home; taking from Our own, he was able to bring Us new happiness’ and joys without end.

So, by virtue of the first period of his life, innocent and carried out all in the unity of Our Fiat, Adam possesses such glory and beauty that no one can equal him. At the mere sight of him, all of the Blessed recognize how beautiful and majestic the creation of the first man was, enriched with so much grace. In looking at him, they can see, in him, the incalculable good of the Divine Will in the creature, and the joy and happiness that the creature can possess. In him alone, as though within a mirror, the Blessed can see how man was created, the exuberant love that We had for him, the abundance with which We enriched him. We gave him everything, as much as a creature could contain, to the point of overflowing outside and being able to flood the whole earth. If it were not so – if the whole magnificence of Our creative hands could not be seen in Adam – then the great things We did in the Creation, and that which the creature does and can do in Our Divine Will would not be known even in Heaven. It is Our love that demands this, and also Our justice that wants to keep, in Heaven, the reality of that image, as man was created – and not another man, but the very one who came out of Our creative hands, so that, if the earth does not know him, Heaven may know him. They look at their origin in Adam, and, grateful, they thank Me and pray that my Fiat may come to reign upon earth, and form more images, more beautiful than Adam, because he was not a complete work in my Divine Will, but a period of life. Only the Sovereign Queen possesses complete life and works in my Fiat, therefore there is no one who can equal Her. My Will wants to make more complete lives in It, so as to repeat what It did in the Creation, to make known to the earth the way and the order in which the creature was created, and the great, beautiful, holy things that my Divine Will can do in her.

Moreover, you must know that, up to now, I have not manifested to anyone either the great qualities of Adam, or his sublimity, greatness and sanctity as he lived his first period of life in the unity of my Will; and by virtue of his acts done in It, the great glory that he enjoys in Heaven. Many, on the contrary, believed that since he slipped into sin, he could at most have a glory common to all the other Blessed, or perhaps even less than the others. But wanting to restore again the Kingdom of my Divine Will, I feel within Me a necessity of love to manifest the first epoch of Creation, and the first period of the life of Adam - all of Divine Will - as well as the glory which he enjoys in Heaven by virtue of It, so that, as the other creatures come to know a good so great, they may dispose themselves and long for the Divine Fiat on earth as It is in Heaven.”
