Excerpt from “In Sinu Jesu”:
“I will renew the holiness of the priesthood in My Church. I will pour out the Holy Spirit upon all priests in the form of a purifying fire. Those who welcome that fire will emerge from it like gold from the furnace, shining with holiness and with a wonderful purity for all to see. Those who refuse My fire will be consumed by it. They will be like the sterile branches that are cut away and then set aside to be burned. The fire of My Heart is the Living Flame of Love, the Holy Spirit.”

“By the fire of the Spirit of Love, the work of the great purification will be quickly accomplished.” “It (the Church) will be deprived of its earthly goods and purified of many of its means of power that once again it may become poor, humble, simple and chaste.
